PROPIPE a specialist manufacturer of pipes and fittings to serve major industry players across the energy and environmental value chain, has a “Hot-Tap & Line Stop Division” to provide non-shutdown piping solutions to customers. With our commitment as a world class provider of piping solutions, this expansion will support diversification of Propipe’s market base and customers’ requirement.
Flitting
Hottap and LineStop fittings are used for connecting new branch or re-locating existing pipes or changing or inserting in line valves, all these operation are made without shut down the pipe’s service.
Hottap machines
Tapping machines are used for making connections to pipelines, tanks, and plant piping without shut-down and are used to make hot taps in preparation for plugging machine application.
Linestop actuators
A line stop actuator plays an important part in the hot tapping procedure – a process used in industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, utilities, and power generation. Hot tapping allows tees, flanges, and valves to be added to a section of piping, without interruption to the flow of the product.
Hottap valves
Hottap & LineStop Slim Valves are manufactured according to the European and American codes and standards and totally compatibles with T.D.Williamson Sandwich Valves. 100% compatible with Hottap & LineStop equipment Manufacturer.

We manufacture Cutters and drills for Ø1″ to Ø100″ pipelines, several Hottap Machines Brands and applications.
Linestop Head
The LineStop heads or Pivots are used, after hottap operation, as a mechanical stoppers. They are introduced by an actuator to stop the flow in the line. They should be manufactured very close to the ID of pipeline.
